For a food blogger, Cooking is their meditation. Creating delicious and wholesome food filled with love, dedication and creativity and watching people relish it, is their daily dose of happiness, reviewing food from around the world and make aware of you by social media. 

They have been sharing my passion through their blog to the new food world, Their Instagram and Facebook profiles are full of pictures of delicious pictures. In this process, they also get to learn and explore so many cuisines, ingredients, and also food cultures and new experiences for them as well as for you. Each time they get featured by media or when you cook their recipe and share their feedback or maybe review a restaurant or any the dish for you,

They are extremely motivated to create and experiment more in her kitchen with their audience who force them to reach the food. Sonali Sharma(Editor) from SocialTalk has spoken with a young food blogger Nilima Datir, well known as with her food equation "Food+Love=Nilima"

Interviewer: Please tell about yourself (Introduction)? And your Journey

Nilima: Hello, My Name is Nilima or call me a food baby. I am 25 years old residing in Airoli, Navi Mumbai. I love to cook, eat, and explore good food. I was always an epicure foodie and fascinated by food, Later I realized as my gallery is all food so I can take food blogging as my passion and started off my journey.

I got first invite from a restaurant called as Lion Heart, Byculla, Mumbai and I was overwhelmed with the service and scrumptious food.

Interviewer: What is the best thing about being a food blogger?

Nilima: You get to know about more food, get to explore good places and food is something which we all live for you would never be bored blogging about food.

Interviewer: What objective you prefer when you review any dish?

Nilima: The hygiene is the first objective while reviewing any dish and the platting.

What was the best dish you ever have?

I feel None can make Daal chawal yum than mum..hahaha I'm sure that gave you an answer.

How supportive have Instagram being?

Nilima: More than supportive, I'd say it has been a great platform for me to put the idea about good food, making good food & then posting it on Instagram more than that when people ask for recipes to try and post it.

Interviewer: Please clear this, do you Review the restaurant, or just stick to the dish?

Nilima: I feel in this generation we love posting everything on a social media and when the dish is nicely decorated and placed beautifully u can attract many people with that, also the same goes for restaurants.

Interviewer: What is the age range of your target audience?

Nilima: Always the teenagers.

Interviewer: What would you do if you didn’t work as an influencer?

Nilima: I would then have my own restaurant like I said I am a food baby.

Interviewer: Tell us about your likes and dislikes, hobbies?

Nilima: I like to eat and cook

 I dislike if my dish doesn't turn up well (rarely) but I frame it with a good presentation
My hobby is making new recipes and posting.

Interviewer: How does social media fit into your growth plan?

Nilima: I feel social media is that platform that helps you to grow and amplify.
When I started blogging, I was very apprehensive because this is not a monopoly field but it has given me a good recognition.

Interviewer: How do you communicate with the people or the audience?

Nilima: My food speaks and I help them with my recipes or the places through Instagram DM.

Interviewer: What are your upcoming projects?

Nilima: Making homemade food, sharing recipes with people and not letting the love for food goes from people's mind, so planning to start my YouTube channel

Interviewer: What strategic advice do you have for upcoming Instagram food bloggers?

Nilima: Be patient. Post good food and places...

Don't see how many people follow you, concentrate and believe that u are following a right path

Interviewer: How did you grow your channel?

Nilima: by posting good food and good places where I go

Interviewer: What’s the biggest barrier to your success on social media?

Nilima: As long as you are patient and hardworking, I think u can take barrier as a challenge n prove yourself.
