Riya, How you become a content creator?  

- I create content by writing and filming it. I started making Fashion Styling videos when I was in the first year and there was no going back because I was elated by its outcome. I won't mind spending my entire time doing it. 

Talking about content writing, I've been writing prose and poetry for years now. A few months ago, I started my fashion blog as well and it's going really well. People from different countries view my articles. Initially, I was skeptical about it but there were so many people who motivated me to commence it and I am thankful to those special people in my life for their genuine love and support. 

How do you generate ideas about new fashion for your blog?

I do a lot of research before coming up with a concept. I believe that If a majority of influencers are following the same abstract at the same period of time then there is less to no use of making a video on it because people are already done watching it over and over again. There are some exceptions like when it's the festive season, people do want endless looks to choose from. I look forward to doing something unique and extraordinary which at the same time can actually influence people. 

I keep up with what's new on Instagram, remain in touch with Pinterest, and always checking Fashion websites like Vogue, Harper's Bazaar, and WhoWhatWear for Fashion Forecasting. 

How do you measure the content’s success for your post?

-I used to measure it with the number of likes or views I'm getting on it, it's obviously an authentic way but it can become really toxic. There were times when I didn't reach the expected audience and I wanted to give up. In fact, I still sometimes get disheartened when I don't reach as many people as I want but I'm working on improving this mindset. 

Now, I really believe in quality over quantity. What is better? 3 million people who watched your video/read your blog but didn't get influenced by it OR 300 people who watched, appreciated, and now utilizing your idea? 

How do you react when content bombs?

-It provides me with an incentive to do more. I put my heart and soul in everything I do and if it reaches to more than the desired audience, I am exultant and probably in seventh Heaven. 

Please tell us about your likes and dislikes, hobbies?  

- Besides content creation, I'm really into yoga and meditation. I love dogs and stationery. I love to dance as well. I have a sweet tooth, hence, I have a great liking for pastries, and basically, everything sweet. I love nature and it's been an inspiration for most of my writings. 

I don't like dishonesty and disloyalty. I can't withstand those who enjoy putting others down. I loathe 'I know everything' and narrow-minded people.

Future planning for your content.

- I'll be investing in things that can up my content. I'm really looking forward to better audio and video quality for my future videos. 

For content writing, the more I'll write, the better it'll get. Apart from that, I'll read more and get inspiration from those who are doing great in this field. 

What would you say is the #1 key to success in your business?  

- Creativity. If you're not being creative with what you're doing, then there is no way you can succeed. 

Any advice for the upcoming content creators?  

- DO NOT let less engagement put you down. Keep brainstorming. Come up with interesting and unique ideas every now and then. Connect with people from the same field and stay active.
